Dr. Mougeh Yasai is a licensed Clinical Psychologist based in New York City who has worked with medical students over many years and developed this mindfulness-based visualization  to help hundreds of students manage test taking anxiety. Medical Students have used this visualization to help prepare for STEP exams and their coursework.
